Shipping information

We ship from Italy. For orders within Italy, expect delivery in 24-48 hours with tracked shipping. Enjoy free shipping on orders over €85; otherwise, a fee of €4.90 applies. For EU and worldwide orders, delivery typically takes 3-6 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you will receive a tracking email once your order ships.

Right of withdrawal - 14 days

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83 and the Italian Consumer Code (D.Lgs 206/2005), you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order without needing to provide a reason. To initiate a return, please email us at info@ravenjade.it with the subject line "RETURN + ORDER #".

How to return or exchange

1. Email us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. 2. We will send you a return label and detailed instructions. 3. You will then have an additional 14 days to ship the package back to us.

Size exchange

We offer one free size exchange for orders within Italy. Any additional exchanges will be at your cost.

Return costs

If you use our prepaid return label, €6.90 will be deducted from your refund for returns within Italy. If you choose to use your own courier, the cost will be at your expense; tracked shipping is strongly recommended. International returns are at the customer's cost.

Return conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags attached. For hygiene reasons, leggings, shorts, and sports bras must be tried on over underwear. Items showing any signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or washing will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products, as well as final sale items marked at -50% or more, are not eligible for return.
